On a Lighter Note...Peeling Oranges

My kids love oranges...seriously, they can (and do) eat ten oranges in a sitting.  They don't care if they're Christmas oranges, navel, valencia...whatever...they just adore those succulent orange balls of sweetness and we cannot keep enough of them in the house.

There's just one problem:  Lizzie squirts herself in the eye every. single. time she peels a darn orange and shrieks and screams about it every. single. time!

Finally, Geoff came up with the solution from his workshop...and so this is how Lizzie peels oranges now.
