Mohawks.

The boys have wanted them for a full year and I decided to take the mystery out of hair - I refuse to let hair become an issue.  Last Tuesday, believing that I would hate the summer look they so desired, I took the boys to the hair salon and we did the deed.  Mohawks for both.

Lizzie, not wanting to be left out, asked if our stylist could put twists in her hair...I was happy to accommodate that request, given that I was about to leave for Vancouver and I knew that Geoff would appreciate Lizzie having low maintenance hair while I was away.

Turns out, I love the new dos.  I think the boys are absolutely adorable with their new mohawks, and Matthew is now into gelling his hair!  How cute.
