Here's what we threw into the blender:
- 1 1/2 frozen bananas (which is why the smoothie was brown!)
- Almost 2 cups of frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- Most of a mango, sliced
- 7 kale leaves (ribs removed)
- About a cup of yogurt
- Almost a cup of pomegranate juice
- About 2 Tbsp freshly ground flax
- 1 Scoop of Greens+ for kids (the equivalent of 7 servings of veggies, in dehydrated format)
- 1 Scoop of Phyto Berry powder (about 15 types of dehydrated berries, plus a bunch of plant and seed extracts)
All in all, today's recipe got a thumb's up...we each drank just over a glass full to polish it off!
